Couples That Work

How To Thrive in Love and at Work

Before I turned to fiction, I spent many years studying how the people closest to us shape who we become. Couples That Work grew out of that research, and out of my own life as half of a dual-career couple.

Drawing on in-depth research with more than a hundred couples, the book maps the predictable transitions that working couples face over their lives together, and the habits that help them thrive in love and in work.
