Women Leaders Programme
Jennifer is the director of the Women Leaders Programme at INSEAD. The programme brings together women executives to share their leadership experiences, and learn about leadership issues that affect all all executives, in a forum that hones in on the unique challenges women encounter. It creates a network of today’s senior women leaders, empowering them to take hold of their careers and aim for the top. Participants join the programme from all continents and from different sectors in business, not-for profit, and professional services.

Management Acceleration Programme
Jennifer is one of the directors of the Management Acceleration Programme, INSEAD’s flagship programme for emerging leaders. The programme brings together functional experts whose success depends on understanding the business as a whole, being effective in cross-functional interactions, and influencing with or without formal authority. Participants hail from different sectors and all continents. The programme aims to broaden their business expertise, sharpen their strategic insight, and deepen their leadership development – paying attention to their personal as well as professional development, to their effectiveness as well as their humanity.

INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme
Jennifer is the co-director of the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme. The programme provides the understanding, concepts and tools that allow organisations to develop a strategic and practical plan to reach gender balance. It is based on cutting edge research and delivered entirely on-line. The programme supports executives to build a business case for change, diagnose the key blockers women face in their organisation and facilitates the development of a suite of multi-level interventions that work.
